This platform provides a real-time chat service that connects users with random strangers. No account is required. Conversations are user-generated. Chats are ephemeral and not stored. The platform acts solely as an intermediary to enable communication between users.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions on the platform. You agree: not to share personal, sensitive, or confidential information; not to engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior; not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform. All communication occurs directly between users without active monitoring.

No Recording or Rebroadcast

You agree not to record, transcribe, screenshot for redistribution, screen-share, or otherwise rebroadcast any portion of a conversation without the prior, affirmative consent of all participants in that conversation. This restriction applies in addition to any local laws governing the recording of private communications, which may impose stricter requirements that you remain solely responsible for following.

No Monitoring or Moderation

The platform does not actively monitor, review, or control user conversations. Accordingly: the platform does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or appropriateness of user interactions; users interact at their own discretion and risk.

Data and Privacy

The platform makes no representations or warranties regarding: the identity, intent, or behavior of users; the accuracy or reliability of any content; the safety or suitability of interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims all responsibility for user conduct and interactions.

Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform does not guarantee that the service will be: available at all times; uninterrupted or error-free; free from delays, failures, or technical issues. The platform may be suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or discontinuation.

Jurisdictional Availability

The platform is provided on a global basis but may not be lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction. Where local law restricts or prohibits anonymous communication platforms, adult-oriented services, or the use of the service generally, you are solely responsible for compliance with such law. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: use or inability to use the platform; interactions between users; content shared during chats; unauthorized access or misuse of information; service interruptions or discontinuation. The platform is provided free of charge. Accordingly, any liability, if established, shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

Third-Party Interactions

All interactions are between users. The platform is not responsible for: user conduct; content shared during chats; any outcomes resulting from user interactions.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for: illegal activities; harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior; sharing offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content; attempting to exploit or harm other users; interfering with or disrupting the platform. Violation may result in restriction or termination of access.

Termination of Access

The platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access at any time if misuse is detected or suspected.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. Proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitration will take place in a jurisdiction determined by the platform. By using this platform, you agree: to resolve disputes through arbitration instead of court proceedings; to waive the right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

Small-Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision above, either party retains the right to pursue an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction provided the claim qualifies for that court's jurisdictional limits and is brought on an individual (non-class) basis.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on the platform's operating jurisdiction.
