Information Collected

To operate the platform, limited information may be collected: name (as provided by the user), age, gender, IP address, and consent confirmation (checkbox acceptance). Chats and messages are not stored and are not retained after the session ends.

No Chat Storage

All conversations on the platform are ephemeral. Messages are not stored, logged, or retained after a chat session ends. Once a conversation is over, it cannot be accessed again.

How Information Is Used

The information collected is used to: enable and operate the chat service; connect users with other users; maintain system performance and functionality; detect misuse and maintain basic security. No chat content is stored or used for analysis.

IP Address Usage

IP addresses may be processed for: service operation; security and misuse prevention; system diagnostics and performance. IP addresses are not used to directly identify users beyond what is necessary to operate and protect the platform.

Approximate Country Detection

To group users by region within the platform's user list, the service derives an approximate country from your IP address (typically from a network-level header set by upstream infrastructure such as CloudFront or Cloudflare, or from the Accept-Language header your browser sends). Only the two-letter country code is stored against your session; no precise location, GPS data, city, postal code, or street address is collected or inferred. You may override the detected country at sign-up by selecting any country from the picker. The country code is deleted with the rest of the session profile when your session ends.

Visibility Within the User List

While your session is active, your display name, age, gender, and country are visible to other signed-in adult users on the platform so that they can choose whom to start a chat with. No information beyond what you submitted at sign-up is shown to other users. Once your session ends, you no longer appear in any list.

Browser Storage

To allow you to close the browser tab and return to the same session without re-entering your details, a single record is kept in your browser's local storage on the device you used to sign up. The record contains only the information you submitted (display name, age, gender, country, optional state/region), your session identifier, and the time the session began. It contains no chat content, no information about other users, and no identifiers tied to your real-world identity. The record is created on your device by your browser and is not transmitted anywhere except back to the platform when you reopen the page. You can remove it at any time by clicking "End session" in the application, by clearing the site's storage in your browser's privacy controls, or by closing the last private/incognito window if you signed up in one. Once removed, no copy of the record remains on your device.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The platform may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers. These providers may use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or similar tools to: deliver and personalize advertisements; measure ad performance; analyze user interactions with ads. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data. The platform does not control how third-party providers collect or use data. Users should review the privacy policies of these providers for more information.

Cookies

The platform and third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies to: enable core platform functionality; improve user experience; support advertising and analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the platform.

Data Sharing

The platform does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary: to comply with legal obligations; to respond to lawful requests from authorities; to protect the platform's rights, security, or operations. Third-party advertising providers may collect data independently as described above.

Data Retention

Chat messages are not stored. Basic user information may be retained only as necessary for platform operation, security, and legal obligations.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect the platform and its systems. However, no system is completely secure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

This platform is available globally. By using the platform, you understand that your information may be processed in different locations depending on system infrastructure.

Age Requirement

This platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. The platform does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
